The Intero Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the personal development and education of children in need in the community.  In just over a decade, the Foundation has given over $2,000,000 to charities local to where Intero conducts business.  In 2013 alone, the Intero Foundation has generated over $100,000 through fundraising events.  Most recently, the agents and employees of the Intero Hollister Office raised $7,500 for Chamberlain’s Children Center and $5,000 for Small Steps by contributing to the Foundation from their earnings.

Chamberlain’s Children Center empowers at-risk children in a comfortable environment to heal from past trauma, discover their strengths and develop the skills necessary to achieve success in the long-term.  The center provides mentoring, physical wellness, and academic tutoring.  Small Steps provides warm winter coats and shoes to children in need in San Benito County, CA, and is headquarted in Hollister.
